After I purchased my used 2013 Subaru Outback, I took it to National Brake & Muffler for a 100,000-mile service and complete inspection. The project was priced out before any work was started. When I added a work request during the project, the entire project was repriced to include the additional work. The project was delivered at the expected time and for the price quoted. Anybody who complains about National Brake and Muffler just has an ax to grind. They have been nothing but friendly and helpful as well as professional in my experience and the repair work is top-shelf. There is no other repair shop for me in Griffin and trust me, I have been to most of them. What they quote you is what you pay and there is no surprise upselling. Much more than a brake or muffler shop; these guys can, do and have done it all - great mechanics and service every time.
