I was referred to NBM by a car repair agency. My vehicle was making a rapping noise when under load. The initial thought was that it was a rod knock, but the sound appeared to be coming from the rear of the car. The existing exhaust system was very loud, so I opted to have the muffler replaced. The work was done quickly at a very fair price. The result was a quiet ride and the rapping sound was gone. The staff and the muffler guy were all courteous and professional. I was deeply pleased with my experience. I will be using NBM for future work and highly recommend them to folks wanting superior service.

According to CBS News, Ford recently announced a recall that affects over 1.3 million vehicles that are primarily located in North America. The recall was issued mainly due to problems with rear suspension and transmission control software.

Nothing works if your transmission doesn't work! Simply put you are going nowhere without it and it is the one thing that both car and truck drivers alike never think twice about until it really acts up or they have no power or simply don't move forward. I am so happy with the service I received from the staff at National Brake and Muffler! Walt is an awesome customer service person. He took time and answered all my questions with an in-depth answers. Terry did my AC he had to replace the entire system. He started early that morning and completed the job by the middle of the day. He is an awesome air conditioner tech. Thanks to him when I go somewhere now my wife has to bring her blanket because it's ice cold in there!!! We have been in that truck 4 years with no ac!! 1 reason I haven't had it repaired is cost! But I took a notion and called my Brother /G\ Raak and explained my situation to him . He is the owner and also my Brother in Masonry. He told me that price would not be an issue. He knows it's hot and I'm not in the best shape since I just completed 33 treatments of radiation due to skin cancer. My brother Raak said bring it in and we'll treat you right at a great price! I'm so thankful to my Brother for his help with my AC!! I would recommend Raak and his staff for all your mechanical needs. They are caring, helpful & professional at National Brake and Muffler in Griffin, GA. I tell ya it's great to have such a good friend and brother as Raak and his staff! So remember 2B1ask1.
