It was over 85 degrees and both of my air conditioners in my Cadillac Escalade had gone out. They told me they would fit me in and they did. Turned out they needed a part and it was 5:00. They lent me a car and said they would call me when it was finished. They followed through and they both are working great again. If you haven’t experienced it GM air conditioning is the best when they are working. - Terry A.
