Anybody who complains about National Brake and Muffler just has an ax to grind. They have been nothing but friendly and helpful as well as professional in my experience and the repair work is top-shelf. There is no other repair shop for me in Griffin and trust me, I have been to most of them. What they quote you is what you pay and there is no surprise upselling. Some of the critics are proof that you just can't make everyone happy, but in my case I am. - Kenneth B.

I have been a customer of National Brake & Muffler for a number of years. I would drive from Fayetteville, now Jonesboro to personally use their services. Much more than a brake or muffler shop; these guys can, do and have done it all - great mechanics and service every time. They stay pretty busy, it always helps the customer to call ahead if possible - this will get you in and out a little faster most of the time. - Robert W.
